|1: Initial Contact -
Whether you’ve seen our finished product in person, or just heard a glowing
recommendation from one of our many satisfied homeowners, your interest
is piqued and you want to know a more about Redstone and how we might be
able to help you.
2: Consultation by Phone - So, let’s talk! We have a conversation to gain an understanding of your needs, your current situation and discuss your budget. If we both decide it’s a good fit, we move on to Step 3.
3: Design/Measure - (Approximately one week from initial consultation) We meet in person at your home or project location, and taking the details from our first conversation, we draw up preliminary plans.
4: Ideas Meeting - (Approximately two weeks from initial consultation) In this meeting, we show you ideas you may not have considered. You’re an important part of the design process and by incorporating your ideas and feedback we ensure we’re designing a space just for you.
5: Final Design and Details Meeting - At this stage, we review construction drawings and pricing and make sure you’re comfortable with the final plans. We select a construction start date, sign contracts and take care of the initial down payment.
6: Construction - During the construction phase, we will have several meetings, which are critical to keeping the process moving. In addition to a detailed construction calendar, you’ll receive weekly updates regarding what activities will be performed and the days we’ve allotted to perform the tasks. There are milestones associated with certain activities in the schedule, and we will be requesting progress payments as referenced in the original contract. It’s our policy to maintain a daily construction log on-site to address any questions and concerns you may have. We believe that ongoing, consistent communication is the key to an exceptional experience and a successful project. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
7: Enjoy Your New Home - This is our favorite part. People tell us all the time what an enjoyable experience they had working with Redstone and that they actually had fun! We’re likeable that way. In fact, we don’t come knocking on your door for the substantial completion payment (that’s “final payment” in layman’s terms) until after you’ve had your first housewarming party and are certain you’re one-hundred percent happy.
Now that you know how it all works, it’s time to give us a call!
